For years, the story of Stout’s was pizza.
It was in our name and on our menus. Tossed across Stout’s Pizza Co.’s three storefronts and served fresh from its food truck.
Then in 2015, we decided to step out of our kitchen’s comfort zone and chase new tastes. Out of the oven came Stout’s Trattoria at Grape Creek Vineyards—a fine-dining destination in the heart of Texas Wine Country.
Now, we’re excited to announce our next chapter with the renaming of our vine-side staple to something as pure and personal as the cuisine we craft: Stout’s Signature
